Registration open for Vestnorden Travel Mart 2020
In 2020 Iceland is the proud host of the Vestnorden Travel Mart, the most important business-to-business trade show in the North Atlantic region and gathers number of buyers and exhibitors each year. The event highlights the characteristics of the three host nations, The Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland.

Date for this year’s event is October 6-8 and the location is Reykjanes peninsula, a geological wonder and a part of the UNESCO Global Geopark program. The area is a stunning testimony to the effects of volcanic activity on nature, but also offers much in terms of culture, activities, and wellness, as well as culinary experiences that should not be overlooked.

Located in the middle of the North-Atlantic Ocean, Icelanders have learned to be self-sufficient in many respects, in particular, making use of renewable energy sources that is partly due to the volcanic nature of the country.
